1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Epic Play, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Provide accurate information during registration. Impersonating others is prohibited.

4. User-Generated Content

As a Reader, you may write reviews and ratings for stories and novels.
As a Writer, you may create, publish, and manage stories and chapters.

You retain ownership of content you create. By submitting content, you grant Epic Play a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the app.

5. Content Standards

You agree NOT to post content that is:

  • Illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or harassing.
  • Infringing on third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Spam, malware, or unauthorized advertising.
  • Impersonating any person or entity.

Violations may result in content removal or account suspension.

6. Writer Submission & Review Process

Stories submitted by writers go through a review process (draft → pending_review → published). We reserve the right to reject content that violates these Terms. Rejected content may be revised and resubmitted.

7. Novel / Audio Content

Novels and audio content are managed by verified authors and admins. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution of audio content from the app is prohibited.

8. Intellectual Property

The app's name, logo, design, and code are owned by Epic Play Studios OPC Private Limited. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app itself.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

10. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding uptime, content accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Epic Play Studios OPC Private Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where the app operator is located.
